4) Wood piece is only included in the selected style (style C)
5) The plug and switch for the plug-in style only (style D)
The items are not included:
1) The bulb is not included
2) The lampshade is not included
3) The switch and plug are only included for the plug-in style
4) Separate ring that holds lampshade is not included
