Shipping policy
MODEFINITY provides free shipping on all products.
Handling: 3-5 business days (fulfilled Monday - Friday).
The transit time for small-sized products like wall and pendant lights is 10-15 business days (shipped Monday - Friday).
The transit time for large packages, such as chandeliers, is 15-25 business days (shipped Monday-Friday).
TOTAL Delivery time = Handling + Transit time
Please note that delivery depends on many other factors such as weather, airport and customs checks, pandemic situations, etc. Therefore, the delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We provide expedited shipping for some items depending on the dimensions, weight, and shipping address. Please contact us for more details via support@modefinity.co
Expedited shipping with DHL takes about 5-10 calendar days on average.

MODEFINITY provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.
DELAYS
MODEFINITY is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, MODEFINITY is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
MODEFINITY will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, or for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
MODEFINITY recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, their home or place of employment. MODEFINITY is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which MODEFINITY makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
