Shipping Protection Policy

At Modefinity, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to provide additional coverage for your order during transit.

Coverage

Shipping Protection covers the following situations:

  • Lost Packages
    If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier and has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Damaged Items
    If the product arrives damaged due to shipping.
  • Incorrect Items
    If you receive an item different from what was ordered.

In such cases, we will offer replacement parts, a replacement product, or another suitable solution at our discretion.

Reporting Requirements

  • All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo or video evidence is required for damaged or incorrect items

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Exclusions (IMPORTANT)

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
  • Refused shipments
  • Unclaimed packages at postal offices or pickup locations
  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs
  • Theft after confirmed delivery

Orders marked as delivered, refused, or delivery attempted by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Additional Terms

  • Shipping Protection applies only if purchased at checkout
  • The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable
  • Coverage is limited strictly to the conditions outlined in this policy
