Refund policy
We have a 14-day returns and refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@modefinity.co and we will respond in 24 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package in 3 working days. We will ensure you receive your full refund on receipt of your items being returned to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Modefinity does NOT provide free returns. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The return warehouse is located in China.
Please be aware as stock levels may change we would always ask you to email us first and we will ensure your case is dealt with fully to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Please note that returns for oil paintings are not accepted, as these artworks are custom-made to order and not kept in stock. Shipping Protection Policy
At Modefinity, we strive to ensure that your products are delivered safely and securely. To provide additional peace of mind during the shipping process, we offer optional shipping protection for your orders.
Shipping Protection Coverage:
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement or replacement parts, provided that you have purchased Shipping Protection at checkout. In case of damage, we will first attempt to ship replacement parts where applicable. If replacement parts are not sufficient, a full product replacement will be offered.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving your delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or have received the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing detailed photos of the issue. This will allow us to assist you promptly.
Terms of Shipping Protection:
- Purchased Insurance Required: Free replacement for lost or damaged packages applies only if shipping protection has been purchased.
- Theft Exclusion: Please note that this protection does not cover theft after the package has been delivered to your address.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping protection coverage is considered utilized once your order has been shipped. The shipping protection fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Modefinity does NOT take any responsibility for differences arising from the currency exchange rates applied by the buyer's bank. The returns are not acceptable for customized orders.
Criteria for returns:
- Returns accepted for 14 days
- The customer provides return shipping
- 15% restocking fee
- No return for sale items
- Return is not accepted without a tracking number
- The return warehouse address will be provided by the Modefinity team
- The return for custom orders is not accepted
- The products should not be used or installed
Time period of returns: Contact us within 24 hours after delivery
Processing time: The refund is issued within 5 days after the delivery and inspection
