How can I pay?

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. For American Express payments, please use PayPal; no PayPal account is necessary for this option.

Can I customize the product?

Customizations are welcome for our products. For most of them, we can modify the hardware color, adjust the cord length, switch the socket base, and alter the mounting plates to your specifications. If you'd like, we can also replace the lampshade with one from another light fixture. Simply include your customization requests or reach out to us directly at support@modefinity.co

Plug-in light fixtures

We offer free customization for those seeking a plug-in light fixture instead of a hardwired one. Please be advised that a separate cord with a plug and additional components for connection to the fixture will be provided, along with instructions. The plug you receive will be compatible with the electrical standards of your country.

What if I can't find the light fixture I need?

At Modefinity, we can help you find or create the perfect light fixture. Just send us a photo or link, and we'll offer the best price.

Do you provide instructions?

Yes, instructions are available. If you haven't received them with your light fixture, please reach out to us and we'll send a digital copy. It's highly recommended that customers seek the services of a professional electrician for proper installation of our light fixtures.

Are the light fixtures suitable for use in the US, CA, UK, AU, and NZ?

Yes, they are suitable for all countries as they are designed to operate within a voltage range of 110v-220v. The plug-in light will come with the appropriate plug for your country.

Is the cord length customizable?

Yes, the cords for sconces, pendant lights, and chandeliers can be shortened to your desired length. If additional cord length is needed, please inform us beforehand.

Why did I only receive one package when I ordered two or more items?

The light fixtures may be shipped in separate packages due to size limitations. For more information on the other packages, please reach out to us.

The glass / ceramic lampshade arrived damaged

A free replacement for the lampshade will be provided if you opted for shipping protection insurance. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the replacement cost.

My tracking information is not updated

Are the light fixtures dimmable?

The light fixtures with the bulb base E26, E27, and E14 are dimmable. The bulbs that we provide are not dimmable, you will need to purchase the dimmable bulbs separately.
The light fixtures with LED chips are not dimmable. The chandeliers with the G4 and G9 bulbs are dimmable, however, the rings with LED strips are not dimmable.

Light fixtures are delivered unassembled

Due to shipping size restrictions, all light fixtures are delivered disassembled.

Hand-made lights

The lights are handmade and they can be customized to a certain level.

Can I purchase replacement parts?

Yes, we sell the replacement parts. Please contact us for more details.

Warranty

Standard warranty period is 3 years. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues with the product.
